ALEX CRACIUN
Chef Alex Craciun, is leading his team of experts at Ensō Steakhouse. Chef Alex's culinary journey includes stints at Gordon Ramsay’s Maze in London and perfecting his skills at three-Michelin-starred Kikunoi under Chef Yoshihiro Murata in Kyoto and RyuGin under Seiji Yamamoto in Tokyo. In 2011, Chef Alex Craciun made a pivotal decision to further his journey by training at Noma (Best restaurant in the world for four years/50 Best) in Copenhagen under the direction of Rene Redzepi.
















Chef Alex Craciun is a highly acclaimed culinary talent known for his innovative approach to modern European and Asian cuisine. A graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and a protégé of renowned chefs such as Jason Atherton and gordon Ramsey, Alex honed his craft at some of the world’s finest Michelin-starred restaurants, including a pivotal role as head chef at London’s acclaimed Japanese restaurant, Sosharu. His deep understanding of ingredients and dedication to precision have earned him a reputation for creating dishes that seamlessly blend tradition with modernity. Driven by creativity and passion, Chef Alex brings a distinctive flair to every plate, captivating diners with his bold flavors, meticulous techniques, and artful presentations.
